For record purpose, can you show us the agreement paper NATO and Russia signed or the treat signed concerning expansion to the east. India and Pakistan are both nuclear countries.

The current situation is quite sad. I’m still curious of the fact that Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia joined NATO without aggression from Russia. Why Ukraine? The Black Sea?
