I have been walking the streets of Nigeria for 25 years, and i am yet to see a naked or near-naked woman anywhere. It is not a problem for me, nor is it a problem for any Nigerian except Rev. Fashola.

The fear of being insulted is enough to keep ladies covered up.
Men spend most of their energy trying to see women naked anyway.
