Turkish-made Bayraktar drones may not be as capable as America's renowned Raptor, Reaper, and Predator drones, but those comparatively affordable propeller-driven Turkish-designed Bayraktar drones have in recent years been deployed to devastating effect in several theaters of war spanning Eastern Europe to the Middle East, and now, Nigeria.

While Russia will without question defeat Ukraine and annex its territory precisely as it did to the Crimea in 2014, the eventual cost in Russian combatant's lives during Mr. Putin's latest military caper will be substantial thanks to Ukraine's fleet of budget-priced yet deadly Turkish drones that are now widely respected as essential battlefield force-multipliers by military establishments worldwide.
