Nonsensical nonsense. A father does not take blessing from his son.

Tinubu is Buhari's political father. Buhari wept on national television bitterly before the godfather of all political godfathers Bola Ahmed Tinubu came to Buhari's aid.

Buhari who could not make himself President after three failed attempt definitely cannot make another person President.

Tinubu just went to inform Buhari that he Tinubu will be the next President, just the same way your father tells you he is going out, it's not for your permission, it is for your information.

Therefore, the lifeless terrorist hiding inside the Rock is not in a position to influence Tinubu emergence as President either positively or negatively. Buhari is too dull for that. That's why he even loses election in Abuja Municipal

Political father who?? Buhari has been a President like obasanjo b4 tinubu knew what politics was. In the New Democratic dispensation Buhari has contested for president 3ce b4 winning, has tinubu ever dared to contest for president with his regional south west party? Not until Buhari gave him mind. B4 Apc can tinubu even dream of contesting anything besides governor or senator??

Tinubu is a regional politician. Buhari is a national politician. He has worked with every region over the years.

Which Political mumu father? undecided

U tinubu urchins talk without sense everytime I don’t know whether it’s paraga u all are drinking.

Absolute nonsense. APC will conduct its presidential convention and all interested aspirants will contest. That the party want to select its national chairman through consensus doesn’t mean same will apply to the presidential flag bearer.

Ayu emerged as PDP national chairman through consensus but the presidential candidate will be decided through a competitive party primary. Same will happen in APC.

There's nothing you can do about a people who have decided to become intentionally foolish just because of a single individual. Just allow them for some time. It will clear from their eyes in a short while.

lol...

E go clear you for eye...

We can give you an osho free refresher course on how the north plays their power game.

With the way things are looking, Tinubu might end up in jail if he doesn't rein in his desperation....

Buhari's body language shows that he has only contempt for Tinubu's exercises at futility.

How many States did nPDP bring to the table in 2015? The nPDP joiners were mostly “individuals” who only contributed moral support as opposed to financial support. Where were they to get the money from? We know how many States ACN brought to the table….is there any dispute about that?
Go through the list.
That's the 2015 general election results.
Mind u the new nPDP then controlled borno, bauchi, sokoto (tambuwal). Adamawa(atiku), kano(kwakwaso), kaduna(elrufia), kwara(saraki), nasarawa (babagida Aliu), gombe(dakwabo), jigawa(sule lamido) etc should I continue naming them for U
The private jet that ferried buhari to APC primaries was provided by Amechi den. Please calculate the % of votes tinubu brought to the table, then we can begin our discussion

Including northern aspirants?
Vanguard's analysis is spot on. Buhari is just another OBJ. Military wolves in civilian skins. It doesn't matter if the convention is beamed on CNN or BBC.

You are just looking for excuses to install the wrong person. Tinubu is not sick. He is fitter than you. Look for another excuse. He is the architect of Lagos development. What other experience or pedigree do you want. That’s why PDP will never win in Lagos. It’s a land of progressive minded people.

Please, Tinubu is simply a politician. Nothing progressive about him

Are you aware of what goes into Tinubu's Pockets from the coffers of Lagos State IGR

Please go and read the new electoral law.

Buhari can never impose any candidate without others agreeing in writing.

You guys supporting this big trash write up from vanguard ,are still living in the past.

The new electoral act is pushing Nigeria progressively forward.

There will be no consensus presidential candidate in any of the two parties. To have a consensus, all the aspirants will have to sign a document consenting to the consensus candidate. Primary will be held and a winner will emerge. We shall support the winner.

Why did Tinubu not make Atiku and Ribadu president?

This is the point I have been trying to reiterate.

However, consensus is still possible, but it would be by ALL contestants,in writing, not by Buhari.

Nigeria is pushing progressively forward with the amended electoral act!

Your claim that nPDP controlled all the listed States is disputable! Was Saraki controlling Kwara then? Was Atiku controlling Adamawa? Was Tambuwal controlling Sokoto? Was El Rufai controlling Kaduna, etc. These guys were influential “individuals” not necessarily in control of the political machinery of the State which had their own opinionated governors (not stooges).
You should talk about the political party Merger that formed APC (which parties merged and how many governors did they bring into the merger) ….not about individuals who provided private jet to ferry someone!

For those who couldn't read through, here is the summary.

The article says that despite the role played by Sen. Tinubu in bringing Gen. Buhari to power, that Buhari isn't willing to reciprocate the gesture to Tinubu.

How do we know? Buhari's appointment of Sen. Abdullahi as the APC chairman spells doom for Sen. Tinubu.

The article says that the kingmaker has resigned himself to fate. Indeed, to the distress of some political commentators Tinubu has reduced himself, running around in a way not fitting for a kingmaker of his status.

The article also says that unlike those that came before Gen. Buhari, that the general controls the utmost power in APC. There are no alternative power centres within APC. The general will always have his way.
I also read something there too “ominous” abeg na wetin be the meaning of ominous?

Yes! You are very very right. There must be presidential primaries but with the consensus chairman, where the votes will be casted is already decided. Know this and know peace.
