Igbos constitute more than 30% of the total population of Lagos, more so that there are so many LGAs in Lagos that have a higher percentage of Igbos to Yorubas and these guys contribute billions to Lagos IGR so it is fair that they have a say in the government by being part of the cabinet.
But in this case how many Yorubas constitute the population of Anambra state? Again is it wise to bring someone who has no knowledge of the inner workings of the state just because he is Yoruba and thrust him into a position he has no understanding of? The guy that is in El- Rufai's cabinet if you must know has been working with him right from his days as a lecturer in ABU so he is already verse in the life and behavior of Kaduna People, so the appointment makes sense.

Nobody needs any sort of London experience to fix Anambra.

The bad roads are visible for even the blind to see. The markets aren't properly structured. Revenue collection is shrouded in corruption. The healthcare and educational systems need serious attention, including security, sanitation and human capital development.
