Obviously you don't know so much about about Goldman Sachs. So what if he is a Managing Director?, even I am one and you only started looking at it from your lowly point and seeing a MD position in GS as if na golden post. For your information, at the last count, GS has over 500 managing directors.

Note that being an MD doesn't preclude one from making stupid decisions. The 2011 budget was wack from the onset. And when a man rebutes what someone clearly points out as error, only to come out publicly later that the budget was unworkable, people have a right to term him useless.

Mr. Aganga is a good technocrat.

One does not need to be an economist or a finance man to be a very good finance minister.
