Give and take, if you follow the lawyer's guidance the process should be less than four years. The court eventually gave the eviction notice and the stubborn tenant was kicked out by the court bailiff and policemen. All his stuff was dumped outside the house and even got rained on, later that day. He was thoroughly shamed out of the property.

Just like someone said. Serve him quit notice. Give him extra three months ..cos thats the rule..then start renovating after the three months elapsed..start by removing the roof. And disconnect his water and power supply. This method is legal. You have a document to show that a quit notice was served because of renovation and you gave him extra three months
