4. Press the back button of your remote control and you're at server 40

5. Press F1 and "YES" to confirm loading default server

6. Press exit and connect internet to the box

Pls Gurus in the house i thank everyone immensely for the good teaching & answering of relevant questions being asked from house members Kudos .Meanwhile i have SRT 4922A decoder that the Tuner has suddenly stopped picking up satellite signals even when it does it will flash green in some frequency & go off within seconds in others it will show green but deeply low frequency .
Pls house what is actually the problem and how to rectify it or should i give it to a repairer?
Pls anyone with a similar experience should guide me about this issue

Why not get a SatFinder? Have you run another software or factory reset it?

If you off the power source you may end up "frying" your decoder. Just wait till it get to 100%

off it. Nothing will happen to it. Don't do it again. But if you are in lagos, i can help you upgrade with my flash drive. WhatsApp me if necessary . The only time tou shouldn't off the decoder is when installation of the software is going on. But when downloading software, the decoder is still safe
