Whenever u tell me something I forget them easily sometimes in 10 mins or twins I have forgotten. Someone told me to take supplements which h I have done and isn't working .... its rely affecting my job ryt now cus m hard working but I forget easily and it pains me down whenever I forget....

U r depressed and too lonely. Find someone to always talk to. And someone to take ur mind off serious activities like work or job. Go out excerise, interact, laugh alot. Then nurse good thoughts, avoid negative thoughts they damage the brain. Fear cringes the memory. But build confidence in your self. Relate with confident people. Finally you could be suffering from a disease called parkinson too early..so get a drug rich with ginko biloba or eat eggs if u r not over weight once or two pcs thrice a week.

You should create a to-do list using stick notes while working in the office. It'll help your productivity. And once you're done with a particular task, you check it and move on to the next task. You should try that- it works.
