it shows you people lack understanding in Nigeria. Look , you have to change the tax policy for you to allow islamic banking. What it means is,  People in Imo state will be paying taxes from regular banks indirectly. while people in kano state who will be using islamic banking will not be paying taxes.  If Islamic banking is interest free.  There is no taxes to it. while.when you do monthly share of state taxes .  kano state will state collect from taxes they have refused  to pay.
that is not be fair to people in imo state.

only state should collect all form of taxes.

the need to introduce Yoruba Ajo banking in yorubaland.  how do i get a licence for Ajo banking

what i am talking about is jonathan govt just made it a law that, that the north should not pay taxes, this is what islamic banking is about, while the south will be paying taxes.

Ngozi Iweala no know book. sanusi out smart you people. he does not his people paying taxes,

so the Yoruba have to introduce Yoruba AJO banking. And the centre bank must issue licence too for the Yoruba form of banking , Which is Tax free too. That way,. we are not affected.

If you dont change the taxes law , so that only state collect taxes . some state will not be paying taxes because taxes goes through the banks,

Christain association of Nigeria, must demand that only state should collect all form of taxes before Islamic banking be allowed. There is nothing wrong in Islamic banking, but the tax law as to make sure only state collect all taxes.

there is nothing wrong in islamic banking but there is a need to change the tax law to make state collect taxes, that way state that do not have muslim will not be cheated . what it means is that sharia state will not be paying taxes while others are paying taxes,
