I don't think is for making wealth, a source said his daughter needs organ transplant, we don't know how far it's true.

Many Nigerians will be jailed abroad if they step their foot outside the shores of Naija. From the drivers on the street who drives recklessly without observing rules, to the nurse who thinks shouting and abusing patients is a normal thing. To the dirty Nigerian dropping dirts on the street.

There are many healthy adults who will be willing to donate an organ, so why use a child knowing fully well children cannot donate organs?
The family can comfortably afford to pay a willing donor
Perhaps that is the main reason the "child" is now saying he is a child now.
