2. Done discreetly? How else would you have done it. Announce on the news papers or radio? Put it on social media that you want to do an organ transplant?

Uk is a country of law and their authority will dig deep into the root of what happened between the senator and the poor boy before due justice follows. If the senator has followed the right procedure and pay generously to a willing donor, then he wouldnt have found himself in such a mess. As it is now, the matter is similar to the story of a man that carried a prostitute with intention of sleeping free of charge with her, but only for the prostitute to outsmart him and absconded with his wallet filled with money while he was in the toilet. The UK would only issue a organ donation visa if you are a close relative
This supports David's claim that he did not know he was in the UK to donate a visa as he wouldn't have gotten that visa based on the fact the he is not a close relative of the Ekweremadus.
The UK Embassy has also not confirmed receipt of the letter which leads me to think that it is fake and put out by the Ekweremadu defenders.

The term 'donor' from 'donation' means given for free.
If money exchanged hands, it is illegal in the UK.
The UK Embassy would also require more proof that David was a potential donor before issuing the visa. Ike Ekweremadu's letter, which the embassy have yet to confirm reciept of is not enough proof that David knew about the arrangement for his kidneys.
The fact that Ekweremadu was also caught with $20k cash in the UK on his way to buy another organ in Europe is also illegal...again Organ buying and selling is illegal in most parts of the world.
