A massive scam to extort millions of naira from the coffers of the State Government has been uncovered at Government House, Port Harcourt
According to information reaching the Telegraph, the scam was discovered after most of the cars acquired by the government believed to be new were found to be old cars that were re-branded by those who handled the purchase.
