It's of no relevance. General Buhari has done that on behalf of all APC faithfuls

it is a good thing that the President already congratulated the incoming Governor elect. Senator Adeleke. what the incumbent Gov. shld do is congratulate the winner as announced by INEC. If he is not satisfied by the results, he can go to tribunal, thats the proper way of doing things. this way there wouldn't be a breakdown of law and order.
