as much as this man shouldnt hit his wfe, the solution to this problem certainly ISN'T to sleep outside your own home either. thats his house just as much as hers, thus she has NO RIGHT to demand he leave the premises, unless she can back that out with a serious crime he committed towards her/the kids.
