INEC kindly issue Adeleke Certificate of Return. Nigerian constitution is too rigid for my liking. Imagine winning world Cup and FiFA said wait till 14days before we prepare the Cup for the winners �.... doesn't make sense. Once a winner emerge Certificate should be issued immediately.
