Nigeria's unity is bigger than anybody's lifetime presidential ambition. Some candidate's choice of VP is a crystal clear reflection of how insensitive they could be despite the acute disunity that has fractured Nigeria's polity. It's a sign that some candidate lacks national spread and acceptance, and is seeking to appease the northern electorates with an intentional miscalculation of a VP choice which will definately (sooner or later) boomerang into a more complex state of disunity by further pushing nigerians into multi polar sects.
If allowed to thrive, those who feel marginalised will definitely lose that beautiful sense of nationalism towards our beautiful country and the possible dangers attached to this cannot be overstated.
