Bros, I am not a member of Jehovah Witnesses, but I know that NO ONE has ever seen GOD. Never. Whatever they saw is not The Creator of the Heavens and Earth and everything in between. That I am sure of.

Now to help you unravel this, John 6:46 says the person who no one has seen is the Father.
So, the Son is the one who makes the Father known, John 1:18. This means the person who Moses saw was the Son.

How did Exodus 24:9 describe the Son, The God of Israel. Jesus is God.
