thank you sir

You're welcomed Sir. This is why I spam this forum with what is shown below.

I am 100% sure SW has the human resources to evolve a "brain economy" and nation like that of the UK once power is sufficiently decentralised to allow us more control over our security, processes and policies minus the retrogressive stagnation 'one Nigeria' forces on us.

Well, among Nigerian states, Lagos has the reputation for innovation and continuity, they seem to prioritize their professionalism no matter how they play their politics, This is a laudable initiative.

To be honest, and without making this a 'sales pitch', this is further powerful proof of why Nigerians should just demand the Presidency be handed to Tinubu.

Aside being brilliant himself, the man always finds and deploy brilliant leaders everywhere who are visionary and 'automate' processes and solutions innovatively and responsively.

It was after the whole herdsmen and Northern farmers Beef and agricultural produce brigandage against Southern Nigeria that Lagos swung into action with her five year road map last year in a show the State has, by far the most driven and most innovatively responsive government in Nigeria.

I am sure many are not even aware of this brilliant road map which is an ode to responsive, innovative and solution-driven leadership. The sort Tinubu would spread across the entire Nigeria if he had the power of President.

In contrast we must demand the effort of Anambra and Bayelsas that Obi and GEJ, two men Nigerians keep touting as potentially good Presidents, are bona-fide political Godfathers of.

It is simple developments like this that are quantifiable markers that confirm Tinubu accommodates and deliver success per anything he is administratively or politically involved with.

When I raised the issue of identifying and mentoring good leaders, as a particular strength of Tinubu, and how Atiku and Obi lacked any record of it whatsoever, Obi fans went on the defensive to say Obi does not need to mentor any leader.

Development like this are proof of the saying that the greatest leaders develop other leaders. Nigerians choose wisely and pragmatically.

If we did not prioritise politics of ethnicity, hatred, religious bigotry and sectional discrimination in Nigerian then so much will become visible to the average Nigerians that would enable clarity of vision and judgement per selecting the best qualified individual to be President.

It's good to spend money for great cause as we see in Lagos.

Obi is a modern Buhari; he will hoard money till Ipob/cabal loot everything under him. We can't move forward with his stinginess.

More and greater investments are needed in Production, manufacturing, infrastructure for people to be employed and move out poverty and create greater businesses.

In COVID situation, developed countries gave more money to people to maintain production to strengthen the economy through demand and supply.

Tinubu and then his successors keep spending to expand development and IGR from 600m to 20b in 2007 and now more than 50b.

Obi and his supporters are happy that he saved 'empty' 8b in 8 years. Amount he supposed to have used to build infrastructure in Anambra or improve the condition of the people. When he invested, it was in failed beer business.

A very stingy and selfish man who saved state money in his bank to expand his bank and importation businesses. I wonder how youths would fare under such fellow.
Atiku is coming

People will be shouting obi saved money. But what they don't know is that the money was saved in banks that he had interest... If you know what to do with money, your money will always be at work making more money. That was why he couldn't even increase the IGR of Anambra state.
You are right , but Atiku is coming

This complex when completed will require a robust sanitation bureau to enhance hygiene and cleanliness.

I'm very sure the iya lojas will be taking very fat sacrifices to the alfas, this is serious cash out for them.

[quote author=hush15 post=116032681]central hub at one far end of the state.... make una dey deceive una sef[/quote

Illiterate

The word 'central' does not imply the location. It means that the hub is complete with all structure to preserve and store food for use during emergency

It will do you a lot of good if your state governor can replicate one in your state.

There are too many of your type on NL.

What has Atiku done for Adamawa he abandoned to live in Dubai? Where is Jonathan's positive influence over Bayelsa that has become a comatose State under his watch? What of the many failings of Obi as Anambra Governor?

If not for ethnocentic, religious and sectional bias then I think it is crystal clear who the best candidate is out of all those running if we critically inspect past history of leadership achievements and solution-provision capacity alone.

As an example, below is a glaring reminder of the unacceptable failure of Peter Obi whereas Tinubu did so much to transform the security of Lagos positively to the extent Lagos, almost overnight, became one of the safest States in Nigeria from the den of violent criminality it used to be.

Tinubu ni baba gbo gbo wan. Tinubu is the boss of all candidates.

Indeed. They are all pathetic sadists, haters and bigoted trolls. They dare not upbraid the misrule of the failed leaders in their State of origin yet they lay in wait to attack every laudable development in Lagos and other SW State.

Abeg let us all agitate uniformly for what is shown below. Everyone should control their resources. Let us all go and build our lives from our respective regional base. Shikena.

Why are Lagosians so foolish fgs?

Groundbreaking and 3D image is being celebrated by supposedly educated people.

Where is the 4th mainland bridge after its groundbreaking 17 years ago?
Where is the Lagos light rail after its groundbreaking 15 years?
Where is the Lekki airport and seaport after its groundbreaking 14 years ago?
Where is the Badagry seaport after its groundbreaking 10 years ago?

...I can go on and on.

It's either those on the FP celebrating are paid miscreants or Lagosians are the most foolish people on the planet.
Vote these people out.

My friend it is clear ignorance, lack of exposure and bitterness is your problem and that of many others. Distribution hubs are rarely if ever In the Centre of large cities, they are almost always located in the outskirts of the city they serve. In the Uk for example, many of the logistic warehouses and distribution centers are on the motorways so that trucks can easily get to them without traffic.

Anyone who has been abroad driving on highways will have seen large distribution centers/ warehouses in the middle of nowhere.

Below are distribution centers for IKEA, Morrison and Tesco in the Uk, you can see they are in the middle of nowhere. The last pic is IKEA USA west coast distribution center in in the middle of the California desert. Apart from the issue of traffic and access, you require large acreage for distribution centers and land is cheaper in the outskirts.

You village idiots just post anyhow making fools of yourselves!!!!

You could have easily given him/her the example of NESTLE Distribution Center in Santo Otta. Probably because of ignorance or hatred, some people just don't think before they type.

Why do you folks always mention Obi in every discourse as if it's the only one contesting against Tinubu. Kwankwaso, Atiku et al are equally in the race and are all strong.. All the candidates have both strong points and drawbacks to their aspirations.
Obi didn't fall at all as governor of Anambra state, though am not rooting for him or any Igbo man for now.
Anyway lest I forget Atiku, the unifier is coming!

Don’t mind him. Some people cannot think out of the box. A lot of him end up in government ministries, parastatals and houses of assemblies, making laws for us and representing us badly.

Does he think only two plots of lands are needed for such products? I don’t think he knows what they call hub. He should go online and watch videos about fulfillment centers and huge supply hubs that are based across europe and North America, if he has not traveled abroad before.

I only pray Lagos State gives the project to tested and serious contractors who would do world-class job there and use modern fixtures and fittings so that it doesn’t look like all this low-budget hubs because we lack enough contractors who can do near-perfect jobs on Nigeria.
