It is alright for her to seek contraception as far she's up to age to understand the implications. However, if the partner is far older than her, say 40 years, then law enforcement authorities should be notified as a case of child abuse.

She is not endangering herself by going to see a doctor and seeking professional advice. She could have hone ahead to have all the sex and maybe get pregnant or an infection but she went to hospital. The only part that I am worried about is where she went alone. As a parent, you teach your girl child abstinence and all that, but you also make sure they understand very well what could happen if they have unplanned and unprotected sex, and how to prevent that. I know we all like to appear holy in public but some people start having sex even before that age but we all want to condemn a girl that actually took a step to protect herself.

it is called family planning, "planing" take note of the word in quote, it means they are reversible..
