Tinubu failed by picking a muslim as his vice in a country like Nigeria where religion plays an important role.

Those are the major traditional northern Christian churches.
So if none of them is in that meeting, then I guess it's safe to say these are mushroom churches.

Without a clear policy statement directed to the religious minorities in the north addressing their fears, aspirations and expectations, I am not too sure any traction will be gained.

And this present government can lend Mr. Tinubu a hand by starting now... by stopping the killings. For heavens sake people were slaughtered in Benue just yesterday. These things do not help.

In a country as religiously polarised as Nigeria a strong stand one way should lead to a serious leaning the other or the whole structure collapses.

God forbid this whole scenario plays out in Mr. Tinubu's favour and religious tensions and violence continues or escalates in his tenure, what then happens?

He should meet with all sides of the religious divide now to extract guarantees of peace, equity and justice. He should do that hard tasking because it was he who kindled this whole matter despite the warnings not to. He brought this ant infested wood to APC Hq. thinking it does not matter.

You expect Babachir and Dogara to not kick because they are APC right? Well they have and are still doing and with or without their objections against the same faith ticket it doesn't change the rejection force against it.
About the Bishops, Asiwaju is a leader, they have to graciously grant him audience and use that avenue to tell him truth. In Christianity grace is so sufficient that a man has peace even in the face of pain, betrayal, or chaos. That's because the Christian has direct connection with the Prince of Peace and knows exactly how things will end, here and in the hereafter. So whether it is grace that's making them smile or Asiwaju gave them gifts that's making them smile it doesn't change the uncontrollable storm that was stirred by that ticket and you can only wish it away, rest assured it is coming..
Again I ask why didn't the post state whether they are in support of Asiwaju's ticket and are calling o their members to do the same or will gather their members to tow same line?
Asiwaju knows why he left that piece out of the post, lol
