To be forewarned is to be forearmed......the instructions say "no gathering around the Lekki toll gate" you can march through during your yeye rally but don't try loitering around there.

Anything short of adhering to the directive, whatever you see, you take am like that. QED!!

I have made findings about Abuja and will publish soon.
