The advantage a high density state like anambra has is that its small land mass means that road distances are all short span, which makes the job easier and faster.

The flip side is that the eastern soil type and topography ensures that roads are washed off faster than you'd expect. The relentless rains usually are a bulwark against our road infrastructure. Perhaps the govt can adopt the concret model.
