"Leader of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB, Chief Ralph Uwazurike, yesterday, accused Commissioners of Police and military commanders of northern origin serving in the South East zone of being members of Boko Haram."

This is like accusing senior police and military officers of Igbo origin serving in the North (including Abuja) of being clandestine members of the secessionist group MOSSOB.
Pure stupidity or banal ethnic mischief - or both!.

come for those praying for the division of 9ja into 3. Better you kno that we SS will never wish to join any of the 3, none of the 3 is worthy of having us, so wake up from your dream and stop dragging us unto yourself.

the SS will be on our own

so if your thought of praying for division is to have ss with you, then better you re-think before its too late

Its high time we realise Nigeria is gradually imploding. I recommend people watch Fahrenheit 911 in other to comprehend the power of Fear factor been willed by different groups to attain their objectives at different times be they noble or extremist. Uwazurike's cry only confirms my fears in the 80/90's up till date about the menace of QUOTA SYSTEM and GENDER EQUALITY.

If we had the right people in the right places right from independence we won't be where we are today. Different groups at different times exploited the FEAR FACTOR;
ACTION GROUP
JACK BOOT MILITARY REGIMES
MAITASINE
OPC
MASSOB
NIGER DELTA MILITANT GROUPS
BOKO HARAM
and many more exploited this factor to control the entire populace.

They all wanted to be heard and claimed to be fighting a cause. The question is WHAT IS THE REAL CAUSE OF THIS GROUP
The present smoke screen from the name doesnt jive.

One sure score like all other groups is that they now have our ears and rapt attention.

The Police HQ bombing was local in its dimension but the UN building was deffinitely to have the attention of the world and at whose cost - Nigeria

Two days ago all Nigerien(formerly thuoght to be hausaa) night guards where fired in our estate in favour of OPC.
My colleague since stopped giving any perceived begger of northern decent alms. My company mgt decided not to bid in for any other northern project until further notice. Personnel earlier wrote Mgt for an all risk cover worth N100M prior to undertaking any assignment up north. Now you get my drift what they are beginning to do to us.

I did not want to believe this story but I also remember that Igbos, ibos or whatever they call themselves can sell their mother for N100 note as long as money is involved.
The paper (money) is the actual value to an ibo man not the actual capability of the note(s)

I want to share a little personal thought with you.
Today, in the course of my professional duties I ran into a Ghananian (an Ashanti), and we were reviewing a development plan here in the US. In this team, only both of us are blacks -Nigerian/US (me) and Ghanaian/US (he).
When he started to make his presentation, for some minutes, I lost concentration and went into deep thoughts.
What was I thinking about?
Well, he reminded me of another Ghanaian I met in graduate school. There is yet another Ghanaian I worked with some years back. They all behave the same way -VERY HARD WORKING, DISCIPLINED, PEACEFUL and AMBITIOUS. I then remembered how Ghanaians used to dominate strong positions in the Nigerian football league in the 80s and 90s. Even one of my lecturers at UNN was a Ghanaian. When I continued to think of these, it suddenly occurred to me that average Ghanaians are just like typical IGBO folks. We Ndigbo have far more in common with Ghanaians than with some groups within Southern Nigeria and Nigeria as whole!
Give me a Ghanaian anyday instead of some of the lazy folks in parts of SS.
The only fight Igbo will have over anything in SS is for Igbo territory. Whoever wants to join us has to put in an application which has to be studiously scrutinized before acceptance, because we can't drag alone dead woods! cool

These police officers of northern origin serving in the south east are nothing but crooks and boko members. I agree with Uwazurike. They are so quick in arresting Massob members yet they turn a blind eye to kidnappers. It shows they have a hidden agenda.

Uwazurike, ezigbo nwa igbo,
don't even waste your strength, we already known everything grin grin
if not, how can those ARMAJIRI escape our numerous N20 police check point
also work with another ARMAJIRI army  as an escort  to export explosives tools in the country

Dede1 really, you need to grow up. They are not paying you to be on Nairaland. At least, I am mature enough to admit my sincere mistake. What about you and your civil war back and forth arguments?? You keep getting beaten down like a drowning dog.

Listen and listen good, your level of intelligence, maturity or sophistication is not based on what you do on a faceless internet forum where people can have multiple IDs. It is based on what you used those ideas for in real life. For you to have so much time on NL; tells me about your current predicament and I understand that you are frustrated. I'll strongly advise you to do something better with your life!
Shalom!
Re: Some Top Security Officers Are Boko Haram Members - Uwazurike by Nobody: 7:40am On Sep 03, 2011
Boko Haram is a Jihardists Idealogy: Anybody that have the mindset of forceful Islamisation is a member.
Like myself, i am not a member of Massob, but I firnly believe that Nigeria is not and will never be country. I desire a country where I shall not be afraid of being killed because a cartoonist in Denmark made a cartoon of somebody or because there is an eclipse of the moon.

So, this desire Biafra simply makes me have sympathy with anybody who desires Biafra and that includes the Massob.

Nigerians, let us tell ourselves the truth. This fraud called Nigeria is not working.

Uwazurike's comments are normal. The truth is that when you send a Northerner to the South to stop riots, he could as well wipe out even the insects without pity. The same can happen if you send a Southerner to the north. The soldiers sent to ND during the crises where of Northern origin, we saw what they did. They won't do such if it was there own land.

LET US STOP THIS GAME. Let us come together and negotiate Nigeria.

I have known the type of crowd you keep. They tend to gravitate toward the area of greater disorder. The fact you wrote I lost debates on Nigeria/Biafra civil war explains who you are and the level of your intelligence. You read the paragraph in discuss, it was not dictated and you formed the wrong opinion of the author’s intentions. Again if you call your dumbass display of comprehensible deficiency an “honest mistake”, what was your first option? In my circle, we do not call it “mistake” but “stupidity”.

By the way, anybody who denies oneself, the forbearers and entire ethnicity does not deserve a second glance from me.

You lacked the instance of human nature called common sense which tends to prioritize human actions. It does not surprise me you wobbled into the areas of multiple IDs and number of times people navigated to this forum. I suggest you take a look at number of posts each of us had contributed and do the math if you can.

Since you have acquired the omnipresent power and can readily understand the predicament of a distanced human, I say keep it up, olodo.

To find out that a person with a advanced degree routinely lacks the ability to reason objectively and bases his thoughts on juvenile generalizations, is disappointing, to say the least. I always suspected that you suffered from Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), but your confirmation of the ailment's symptoms in your write-up above has confirmed my suspicion.

And the fact that it shocked you, reveals the inner workings of your gobbled up Nigerian mindset. All this people with wild allegations without a trace of evidence are meant to be ignored , they 've been and will continue to feed on our gullibility. If you have allegations based on his clout ,popularity and what he stands for, then he should come up with evidence so that we can all see.

Same sort of allegations were made by al-mustapha with no evidence so far to substantiate his claims. We've all been shouting and alleging corruption against IBB and many politicians but we never come up with concrete evidences but heresay. Untill we become scientific and more intellectual in our approach of things ,then we'll still be under and only be emotional in our judgements of issues and that will be the substrate upon which the likes of all our so called ethnic tribal or group leaders will continue to feed and all to nobody's interest and eventual no work done. ( motion with no movement).
