I'm on I.T in one of the Air Bases in the SW. Almost every NAF personnel I have spoken to has told me of his desire to resign from service.
I'm like this is what people are looking for and they're like the perception is deceptive.

I'm telling you, Both Officers and soldier fa. The things is, person wey no go no go know. those hustling to apply and join the force don't really know how it is inside there. Tho I'd say NAF is better sha in terms of working condition as compared to Army

I passed the exam went to Kaduna and came out tops in all the marathon race, obstacles crossing, sand modelling texts, medicals etc then it was all about who gave you a letter for the selection board chairman and who is your daddy in Nigeria, those with passion for military service weren't taken, Nothing like merit and that's why they are not doing so well.
The impact affected my patriotism to Nigeria because I saw nepotism at that young age hit me below the belt

so called Nigerian army is only Nigerian in name, its a European organisation staffed by Nigerians, and its working against the interest of Nigerian people, its been linked to terrorists killing Nigerians, its been linked to kidnappers etc and same goes for the police and all other security agencies in Nigeria are actually European organisation.

Why would any African in their right mind want tow work for organisation that is serving the racist enemies of African people.

Let everybody retire from army to defend their community, since Nigerian army is working for European interests , which are against the interests of Nigerians now more so than ever before, when colonial interests are sponsoring the terrorist killing Nigerians in their homes.

How can u keep army personnel that has lost interest in the job.
Do you want to frustrate him/her?
Such personnel will be easy tool in the hands of bad boys to use against the army of the government.
Such personnel may get mental issue and start using his arms anyhow.

Let them go instead of keep an unwilling personnel.

If the system is not corrupt they won't be leaving in large numbers. Upgrade their salaries and allowances. Police earn more than Army, why won't they leave when soldiers are treated as rags by superior officers. We all know the truth.... Army is a voluntary organization so if anybody feel like leaving, please grant them their request.

I passed the exam a second time, did so well in every activity with experience from my previous attempt, even got a Colonel to help, then I realised I needed a serving or retired general or a highly placed Northern traditional ruler to back me up with a note to the board.
I saw some of those who couldn't even complete the marathon and obstacles crossing get called up to commence studies.
One of the friends I made there who was not good at anything we did in the Camp got admitted because of the status of his father.

I felt bad not for myself but for the country loosing real talents and future great military commanders to mediocrity

GOD BLESS OUR DARLING NIGERIAN ARMY.

Again,
GOD BLESS OUR GALLANT SOLDIERS over and over again.

God bless our darling soldiers.

Our soldiers need all the support they can get from the government and encouragement from the citizens.

We will win this war as a nation.

God bless our gallant soldiers as they lay their lives on the line for peace to reign in our darling nation.

Thank you sir,
A picture speaks more than a thousand words!
Dem [b]MANNA

We will keep killing them with undiluted truths on a weekly basis.

Once again, God bless our Army.

Again, God bless Our Gallant and Darling Soldiers.

At this point I have to consider you a bot specially created for comic relief. No human can have this level of lack of self awareness.
