If you actually believe this was about bread then you've not been paying attention. When did the beating actually take place and when did she actually visit the hospital.
How did the doctors confirm he had internal injury and torn muscle because these 2 cannot be confirmed with mere looking at the patient,it has to be through investigations,particularly a scan.
