Whatever you do, please don't redesign the website.
Leave it as it is.
The classic look and feel is part of the whole experience and home to most of us.

Seun what do you do about the pro-tinubu bots who open numerous accounts for the sake of generating fake likes on pro tinubu comments like these accounts below?

What do you do about the rampant hateful tribal venom being spewed by pro-apc accounts. The ones that tag all opponents chinedu or Emeka and outrightly single out Igbo tribe? How do you tackle this seun?
Keep shut, I'm neither Yoruba or hausa but nobody is as tribalistic as igbos on this forum and even out there, just keep shut, hypocrites!

Fellow Nairalanders,

We have observed an ongoing password guessing attack against Nairaland members. The perpetrators have obtained a list of thousands of usernames and passwords from hacked websites & are systematically trying those passwords on Nairaland to take over your accounts.

If you have used your Nairaland username and password on other websites, they may be able to log in to Nairaland as you, mutilate your profile and send spam messages with your name. To prevent this, please change your Nairaland password to a unique password asap.

For the dozens of Nairalanders whose accounts have been affected, you would have gotten an unexpected login notification from Nairaland. All you need to do to secure your account is to logout, reset your password with this form, and correct your mutilated profile.

For those who are affected, we may scramble your password and log you out to force you to change it. Don't be alarmed. Just logout and reset your password with this form to regain access to Nairaland.

We have taken measures to slow the perpetrators down severely, but it's up to you to make sure that your password is secure.

Best Regards,
Seun Osewa.

Happy "Sun god" day Sukkot... Lol.

Well, if those creeps and hackers lay their hands on one's NL passwords and log in to your profile, they would simply post porn pics and lewd comments using your profile and people would be like: "So, bruv Sukkot is just a pretender who has a dark side to him... such as making lewd remarks and watching porn." Bad news spreads fast o! LMAO.

The rumor-mill people here would have already damaged your image before NL folks realize it is external hackers at work. grin

Those whose REAL NL accounts have been cloned by NL trolls and impersonators will tell you how embarassing the whole thing turned out for them in terms of damaged image.

I saw your mention asking me how the export of the wedding cakes took place. "It was by air freight to the UK from Lagos back in the day."

I was too tired and slept off, so I'll fully reply your mention on that
'Deyemi Okanlawon thread.

@Seun

The fact is that the passwords have been stolenn for a very long time and had been circulating on the dark web. I know how long ago my anti-virus software notified me my nairaland password had been compromised.

You should do better on this and put in effort to safeguard sensitive data. Most people use same password across sites so the implications might extend beyond NL.

Most importantly, steps should be put in placevto ensure this does not happen again.
