It's what they call yanga dey sleep, trouble go wake am. You can't suddenly remove thugs from the roads. You manage thugs on the road, people management.

seek knowledge mr man,lagos did what this man is doing now.no more nurtw in lagos state what we have is parks and garage management. It doesn't in anyway guarantee the effectiveness,it only a way of changing the management of the union and hijacking it from the holders who are not in favor of the government.
