You say you have been "begging" people not to "hold old naira notes". Weldone. You tried. After they leave the notes, what will they get in return? Is that your definition of "playing safe"?

You are also saying that those who wanted to deposit their money will be disappointed? Why should they be disappointed? Those that have deposited theirs, do they have money to spend? What did they get in return?
