That previous judgement is academic because INEC does not own internet network or can guarantee glitches will not occur. And why will INEC upload from the PU when the same result can be invalidated and cancelled at the ward or LG level or state level.

Peter Obi has no case with INEC in High court. His case with Tinubu is in Supreme court while his case with INEC is in Appeal court.

My legal opinion can give you a clue. The Federal High Court case the lady is talking about is different from the Election Petition.

No party is going to the supreme court, as you claim, except on appeal.

glitches should be general and not selective, before you can invalidate a result, you should be able to give reason and btw, credible result can't be canceled, hence the need to upload from the pu immediately after the counting.

How will APC and PDP get votes in that polling unit, In a polling unit in FCT, APC and PDP got 1 each whereas lp got 540, continue, you may not have a country to exhibit your stupidity , way back as 2010, there were no bokoharam , bandits, UGM and what have you, remain in your fools paradise.
