What state is Jim Iyke from? Why does he care about comments by Oba of Lagos. What about comments he should be making for the killings across the South during these elections.

Anyone with one brain knew Sanwo Olu would win. What is Rhodes accomplishment other than online noise for people to put the future of Lagosians in his hands?

All these Nollywood people need to face their local elected officials and leave Lagos for Lagosians

What of the current governor of Osun who has an igbo mother?

What of Desmond Elliot who has an igbo mother?
This man Gbadebo cursed his father blood and lineage and the people and the gods whose lineage he cursed rejected him and now you are complaining. That is the end of his political career in the southwest, you Igbo people have messed up the life of this young promising man.

He should have said that because he doesn't have freedom of speech again immediately he became an Oba?

There is position you will be in life, you will know that freedom needs regulations. Is night party a crime? Have you seen Nigerian president at night club? Doesn't he have the freedom? The office you occupy will regulate your freedom. I know you are still growing up with time with responsibilities on your shoulder, you will know that man is free but always in chain.

You see the reason why Igbo and Yoruba marriage should be abolished by all means. They rejected Gbadebo Vivour because his mother is Igbo. What's the essence of of marrying an Igbo woman and later see her children as Outcasts or intruders. This is an act of wickedness angry
Desmond Elliot mom too is Igbo. We accept him because he is omoluabi. Desmond too no too sabi speak Yoruba like that but we accept him because be never disrespect his father's people or insult the land. He is well intergrated and he is omoluabi.
If Gbadebo is rejected, he is not. Intergrated enough and the people don't consider him omoluabi enough.

But a large gathering of Yoruba Obas including Ooni came out publicly for Tinubu?
Are they not
OF REPUTE?

Their actions aren't right.

An Oba PUBLICLY declaring support for a candidate isn't right.

I read that.

If not that Nigeria is like this, an Oba ought to be a great avenue for Alternative Dispute resolution like the courts. It their partisanship & political involvement has rubbed their images wrongly.

Don't mind the stupid and illiterate agbero fools who don't know their left from their right, they are only told what to do and they foolishly follow, I bet if their paymaster (Tinubu)d druggie brings out Joe Igbokwe for Governor they would still foolishly fight for him, they are just what baba Fela would call ZOMBIES

Go and sit down. In your own states can an Ibo woman own land? Can a foreign wife go for political post? You are hypocrites of the highest order. The things you never accept you try to force on people that are more generous and good of heart than your entire lineage could ever be.

This is one of the reasons I don't take these so-called traditional rulers serious. They contribute nothing meaningful to society apart from getting married to many wives and collecting money from government and the elites.

Jim Iyke is very lucky to have dual/multiple citizenship. I wanna be like him when I grow up. cheesy

Nigeria is cursed.

Igbo are the ones that introduced tribal sentiments into Nigeria politics. The Igbo coupists didn't kill any Igbo politician. The Ironsi government made the decree that changed Nigeria from a federal system to Unitary. In the first republic Hausa man won election in Enugu, Igbo won election in Ibadan and Lagos but after the coup, the coupists were not tried for treason by the Ironsi government and the Igbos in the north were making jests of their hosts which led to the North calling for araba (independence of north from Nigeria) and subsequently a counter coup and the civil war. During the civil Major Banjo a Yoruba fought on the side of Biafra and inspite of his successes in the Midwest now Edo and Delta states, an Igbo man was nominated to govern the area and Banjo killed by Ojukwu under questionable circumstances

This should be the new Yorubas’ slogan in Lagos:
When you are in Lagos, Do not attempt to do What you won’t allow me to do in Anambra and all will be fine.

The king said Sanwo will win because his people are with Sanwo.

Just like everyone, OBA is entitled to his opinion under the Nigerian constitution.

When certain Igbos claim Lagos is no man's land, you don't necessarily need a dictionary to interpret that.

When GRV says he doesn't think in Yoruba, you didn't press him to explain further!

When Namdi Kanu's boys said a Yoruba pastor should not hold a crusade In Aba, you didn't ask to know where such exist in the Nigerian constitution.

But when Oba gives his opinion, you start looking for constitution.

Bunch of hypocrites..

This country will move forward when yorubas stop tribalism.

Which tribe promotes tribalism most? Which tribe is more accommodating? Which tribe has strangers dwelling in their land? Which tribe promoted civil war? In this election, which region's result showed tribalism?

There is no need for Oba to GRV that, he should have prayed for him, give him advice and then move on. Tinibu visited many Emirs, Obas, Igwes and Ezes likewise Obi and Atiku did any of them said such? They were diplomatic in their speeches.

Blame your fellow igbos for claiming "Lagos is no man land"

Yesterday, was to put you Igbo in place in Lagos. You should stop interfering in our local politics, do your business and go.

Yesterday, is just the beginning, more is still coming

According to history, Lagos is for Bini and awori. So is it a Yoruba land? Lagos is known for slavery camp during colonial era. So we can say it is no man's land
