It was revealed by news site, 'This Is Africa.Me' that the ban was communicated via an ‘Airline Alert’ on Saturday, 9 August, 2014′ and the alert warned that any airline that goes against the ban will pay a fine of £2000.

There is an inquiry set up by the UK Charitable Commission to investigate an accusation by Daily Mail and Guardian, which says that Oyedepo’s Winners Chapel UK branch were ‘cynically exploiting supporters’.

Bishop Oyedepo Debunks Being Barred From The UK

Contrary to the widespread rumour that Bishop David Oyedepo has been barred from entering the United Kingdom over allegations of fraud rocking his ministry abroad, the fiery clergy has denied it.
