Singer and dancer, Peter Okoye has shared his two cents on the viral story of the Moroccan international and Paris Saint-Germain F.C. star Achraf Hakimi, on his divorce case.

Peter Okoye amongst the few who shared a different view of the viral story said via his twitter page.


“I don’t understand why most men are rejoicing over this Hakimi story? Like I don’t get it The truth is bitter but needs to be told. If you don’t trust her then don’t marry as simple as that. Or are you expecting your wife to surfer after divorce?

Of course his tweet didn’t land without massive criticism from thousands of twitter users who strongly opposed his opinion and reminded him of a similar situation his twin brother Paul Okoye experienced some years back.


Peter Okoye again tweeted in response to all the critics under his post:

He said “You broke up with your bro because of WOMAN”

“Did your brother share 50/50 with his Ex wife?”

“The mother u are clamoring about was/is also somebody’s wife at some point, before she became his mother. What if she was treated the same way?
Pls Marry your Mother! EOS.”
