You see the double standard of most Nigerians here, INEC is doing the right thing now that it’s supporting their faction. But INEC is a fraudster when it supports APC.
If it was OBJs regime, Apapa faction will clearly be the chosen one. And there’s nothing you all can do about it.

He's even more active than most of your bigoted mods.

So a known PDP/ LP agent should be added as a mod?

Give me example of the documents he need to show. Do you mean the one where the court said you Lamidi Apapa you are now the acting LP chairman?

He will write INEC and correct abnormalities. Peace should be the most important thing to seek. Now, that you have raise this issue and to show proof of power, don't be surprised if Apapa reject them. His words are final till when another judgement is passed. LP will soon fade off if care is not taking
INEC would only comply after Supreme court judgement...for now the case it's still at the High court and Abure faction has appealed against apapas faction.

Apapa warf can go to apc 😂 he wasn't known during the election
Now court said Apapa is the real chairman. Obi present in that party is the end of the party. APGA has predicted this long time ago. They even publicly curse him that he will never achieve anything politically exempt he come to APGA due to the covenant he has entered with them. L.P. are just a victim of Obi's present. He went to PDP too but achieved nothing.

It’s not just Apapa that is scoring zero, it’s Apapa and all those behind him like Tinubu, Uzodimma, Dapo Dagboru and APC/Tinubu Owambe boys.

There are processes to everything in life.

Osinbajo is the Vice President, and the next in line to the office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; in fact, it’s his unopposed right.

But if by this evening Buhari can no longer be found, can Osinbajo just wake up and declare himself President because he’s next to Buhari? The answer is a big no.

Osinbajo must wait for some legal encumbrances, like the president not transmitting power to him while he was traveling, to be cleared first. In this case, the senate might have to invoke the Doctrine of Necessity like they did under Jonathan.

After that is done with, then Osinbajo must wait for the Chief Justice of the Federation to swear him in as President before he can now start laying claim to anything.

It is the same thing with this Labour Party leadership tussle.

After court asked Abure to step aside, the next thing to do would have been to call a NEC meeting of the party where the party will decide to either obey or disobey the ruling depending on their interpretation of the legal implication of the ruling.

Now, if they decide to obey the judgment, it is still NEC that would choose or rectify new leadership for the party pending the determination of the case in court.

But Apapa and co smokers thought they are in a Banana Republic where they can walk into an organization and declare themselves anything they like.

And to think that Tinubu boys are clapping him on is what is most cringeworthy.

But it won’t be long before Lamidi Apapa and his boys will go into oblivion never to be remembered again.

Ndi ala!

Can you see now that INEC is impartial
