In all the court sittings where have the court said Apapa should be LP chairman? None, and I want you to prove me wrong. It was some members of the NWC that nominated him as chairman and the highest organ of the party had override that decision and chose an acting chairman.

The case won't even come up that day because his rulling would have been appealed and he has to wait before he takes any decision, except Abure did not appeal it.
