I guess he's a UK citizen now, so he really cannot relate with whatever you're saying. It's just like Nigerian leaders who enjoyed Awolowo's free education, drank free fresh milk while in UI, went on govt scholarship to Europe and became big men, but ensured the gemerations after them didnt enjoy that privilege. Sometimes it's better not to talk at all... Stating the "facts" in a mocking/abusive way doesn't help anybody. Imagine £20!!!

No, they do not have whole communities in the UK on chokehold as the muslims on this thread will be in a better position to tell you.

Nigeria is a different story entirely. Extremism appears to be the default position.

If I find another video for you, I know you'll still come up with another excuse

I read it's not a legal requirement to get a driving instructor before going for practical driving test.

So do you think practicing the routes, studying a lot of DGN videos and putting the car in order (no dashboard lights on) would be enough?

You can go with your own car as long as it meets the requirements. I wasn’t comfortable with that option though. Wanted an experienced instructor that was familiar with that centre/examiners.
I also wanted to get feedback on my driving with mock test.

This is the issue I have as I think all of them are the same. For example, we know your party is responsible for a particular bankrupt council. Squandered and mismanaged the resources of the council. They are currently cutting costs and subjecting the people in the council to unnecessary hardship.
Your party is part of the problem!!!

Is your life better today than 5 years ago? Mine definitely isnt.

I know exactly who is to blame and i will do everything in my power to shred them come the General Election.

A very large portion of the country agrees with me and are sharpening their claws too. Even the MPs themselves can feel it . They have been announcing their intention not to contest in droves.

This hamza has never ever been mentioned before in any context.(he is now serving life without parole in the US)
I think lexus is saying he should have been arrested earlier ,that may well be but sounds like he has got his just deserts.

I have never claimed to know everything but I don't need to. I only need to make the connection between my decline in living standards and the cause.

Addendum: I also try to keep the thread welcoming of everyone no matter the gender, religion ,sexual orientation. Thats why i called out that statement as it sounded rather islamophobic .

I still love you ...... 😂😜

If the £20 is upsetting you ...... How would you feel if I told you that, the UK government gave me free grant to attend university, gave me housing allowance + topped it up with student loans .........😁😂

You won't earn my own income with yours nw, haba. Even if you're the kings body guard, it doesn't put you above anybody else hustling to live a better life in the UK.
Many of those people in care or minimum wage jobs at the moment had excellent careers and lived good lives in Nigeria before coming here for personal reasons. Nothing says you're more intelligent than those who entered the UK recently, it's possible you might have not been able to withstand the Nigerian pressure and get to the levels these guys rose to in the corporate world before relocating.
Be processing your comments more before you make them, as you Sabi talk na so some people Sabi hear am. A man entered the UK recently and already got a job of £60k, I don't think you're more intelligent than such a man. Dey calm down and stop those mocking/laughing emojis, they mostly off key.

Name the council, dupyshoo. I hope its not Birmingham?

Labour are not angels however waste isnt in keeping with democratic socialism. I am interested in reading about that labour council.

Re: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 3) by dupyshoo: 11:46pm On Mar 13
Yes, it is birmingham council. Labour mismanaged the council and the people are paying for it.
Democratic socialism or whatsoever has now translated to cutting essential services, selling properties, 21%increase in council tax in 2 years and much more. That is one of the biggest council in the UK and Labour has been in charge for years. So, there is no excuse you can give. It is terrible, shambolic!!

If Labour has done a terrible job in Birmingham, then we can infer that they can't do better if they run the UK. You guys have got no moral justification jawe.
As for me, ayam tired of both conservatives and Labour.

It's a very difficult situation, hamas should start by handing over all those they kidnapped......

I'm also trying to renew my passport.

Please did you write a signed application letter requesting for passport renewal? Thanks

I will ask them if I pass by their shop next week.
I didnt write any letter I just did everything through NIS website. I am sure they will tell me I have missed something. The available date of biometrics is mid July.

It's high time you understand the fact that is an online forum doesn't give you the chance to over use it .

Your constant unnecessary mocking, laughing emojis make you look like a troll , you come across like someone desperately seeking attention online.

Do you have to rub it on people face every time that you're a British citizen and for the record iam a naturalised British citizen just like many other silent readers/members on Nairaland.

You don't know how your mockery comments sometimes can come off on some people online who are going through one thing or the other .
Iam aware you give out current useful informations kudos to you for that .

I know for sure a lot of people here knows your actions most times is totally off but they just don't want to tell you.

Fine you want to be acting funny online everytime because it's a Free world atleast be considerate of other people feelings as well !

That is an unfortunate part of this war + all other loss lives and property damage......... Hamas and the whole world, never expected Israel to push it this far.....

It's time for Hamas to either provide the list of hostages, with a further plan to releasing them...... Then Israel would have no choice, than stop any further escalation.......

Ok. Councils are pretty much autonomous and do their own thing with funding from Westminster.

I ll leave it up to the council residents to vote for better leadership(we just did in my own borough council).

Just as i and a good proportion of the UK will vote against the tories at the next GE. Identify the problem and vote against the cause. Thats always a good way to go.

-note that I haven't done any "what about" to see if this extrapolation about competence applies to other parties too?

-didnt Birmingham lose a court case recently which has been on for at least a decade which tipped them into bankruptcy?

It's all over the place several times bragging that you're a British citizen that's why I specifically point it out to you , I'm not in a race with you never .

People like you we know you very well when you can not get that recognition you want on the street you come online seeking for it by every means.

Atleast be considerate you are not the only one online people are just over looking your actions, you go from thread to thread seeking attention all in the name of humour what's the comedy about.

You saved people from committing
suicide last year as you claimed through your comedy welldone job, it can also lead people to do otherwise...
