UK's retirement age is not 65. There is not cap to retirement in UK. By law effective 2021 retirement age for Judges is 75. However, reasonable adjustments can be made.

IPOb retard, stop posting rubbish about issues of which you are clueless. US Supreme court Judges can serve till the day they die. They have no retirement age. Some have served on the court for decades and refused to retire.

The general retirement age in the US is actually 67 right now, not 62. Most don't even retire until the day they die. They work and work. Stop misleading your fellow gullible, brainwashed IPOB terrorist monkeys.

It is not general retirement age o but retirement for judges.... American judges retire between 70 and 90. UK judges 70 but they are even planning to extend it to 75..

I must confess that I was initially sceptical about Tinubu's presidential bid, but what I have seen in the last ten days shows that he has the acumen to lead Nigeria. I wish him the best of luck. I will also advise that he should be wary of certain people. Not all those who laugh with you really mean well.

I asked is the 65 mandatory or voluntary retirement in the US you are talking about LLB

By the way the US constitution does not require you to be an attorney to be a Federal judge but the is a tangential topic

He didn't raise the age. It's the NASS that raised it and amended the constitutional provision. The NASS has been on steroids hurriedly amending several laws and passing others before their tenure ends
