Aside the the position been established during the military regimes we had in the country, what law or logic says the NSA must be a military personnel? We have had two former police officers as NSA na they performed wonderfully well. Don't forget Ribadu is not any ordinary police officer.

A general has been there since 1999 and the killing has continued everywhere. It's time to try something else. Any army chief that shows the slightest sign of insubordination will be booted out with the speed of light. Simple!

Tinubu is surrounded by his own loyaltists who they have been together for decades. They are not just loyalists but round pegs in round holes. That popular excuse we make for inefficient governance "the President has the intention of doing good but the people around him are not loyal and have no good intentions like the president..." has no reason to arise at all in Tinubu's government.
