...rental values are actually increasing in Enugu and other places...

4 bedroom duplex in Diamond estate Enugu can go for as much as N2.5M.

Before houses in the city don't go above N100M. Now there are new properties going for more than N180M.

Besides, everything is not about money...

I watched d video like thrice,
Firstly, Yoruba Cele man was owing him for business they did together and d Cele man has being playing hanky and panky game. Obi hv being going their to see collect his money all to no avail.
Secondly, when one igbo man told Ebuka d actual time to see d man, Ebuka went before d time and was unable to see d Cele man.
Thirdly, d Dday they wanted to lynch him, it was one yoruba miscreant that escorted him that later turned around and raised an alarm that Ebuka has collected his Manhood.
