danilmo: I think the criticism is of the fact from his other posts that he had made up his mind before the elections that other candidates were just not viable with a tinge of deep ethnic bias. So to him it was a one man race. This is the problem with most of Nigeria. We believe we can win and be crowned with victory and proclaimed a champion with only one person in a race. Who does that. We fail to realise that democracy the world over is crafted to be one of competition between viable parties and that the more competitive it is the better the outcome for the spectators. And while other climes enjoy the privilege of 'El-Classico' with the Messi's and Ronaldo's of the political horizon in constant combat, Nigerians tend to desire contests typical of the first round of the EFL featuring their favorite gladiator versus a league 2 team. Yet they expect performance and a spectacle. Nigerians will not get the best of their life's experiences in their country without the people they dislike being an active part in crafting it. Do we not all wish today we had stronger opposition these past 8 years, at least to create an argument for a 'better' way. We have all seen today that no matter how good a leader is or how well intentioned his government may be, that absolute power is dangerous. No matter how fancy your car is, you will not attempt to drive it without a brake. So you can be a 'strong supporter' all you like. If you have nothing restraining your thoughts, your actions.... 3 Likes 1 Share |

So he shouldn't complain because he voted for TINUBU and APC shebi, you see how warped your mindset is,I guess if your god (OBI) had won you wouldn't want to complain if things are not properly done, you will just take it like as it is because your god (OBI) have spoken.this is democracy and anybody is free to give his or her votes to whom they deem fit and they are also free and well within their constitutionally guaranteed "Rights" to be aggrieved if things are not done properly,so you are your minions can cry all day and night about TINUBU defeating your god(OBI) and it still won't make any difference, children of hate and bitterness. |

I didn't bother reading the rubbish after reading the headline, cos I know the so-called Tinubu supporter might be from an opposition part. What's he really complaining about when the rumoured increase has not been implemented, some report says it's been suspended |

You people have started this madness again. A Nigerian has the right to vote and be voted for. Voting and support is not joining the occult. It doesn't mean you must agree 100% with any and everything that the person(s) you voted for do. It does not mean you must support blindly or refuse to correct, criticize objectively or complain. Leaders are meant to be listening ears. All their supporters don't have to be echo chambers, headless sycophants and praise singers. |

SangoOlukosoOba:Of course, the hardships and fuel subsidies removal is affecting only the Igbos, after all, Yoruba Muslims continue buying at #200 per litter. Yoruba Muslims got minimum wages of #150k per month. Only the Yoruba Muslims are enjoying, while the Igbos are buying fuel at #500 per litter |
