"gods" in Deuteronomy 10:17 & 1 Corinthians 8:4-5 is a reference to creatures (Man & angels).

These biblical verses is NOT talking about idols made by for worship or entities given worship by men.

Psalms 82:1,6 Jehovah God calls men gods.
Jehovah also calls His angels gods, Psalms 8:5 & John 10:34-36.
