DECENTBWOY: Does it really disturbs you, because i have been like that for God knows when, i don't sleep much and i feel really good about, sleep and food means nothing to me, if you are healthy and fine nothing to worry about it once in a while when you are really tired u take some alcohol switch off your phone and sleep every other time u chill, i can stay throughout the whole night without sleep and for many days or weeks no shaking |

Try see your doctor. It could be High Blood Pressure. I had the same challenge. Please do not take sleeping pills cos if your system gets use to it, it will definitely affect you. Try tal to your doctor and if it High Blood Pressure, you MUST see a Cardiologist. Cheers |

I have experienced it before too especially when I have anxiety/fear for something I'm expecting e.g exams or exam result, interview, something I anticipate ... The cure is to do those things that cause you anxiety or gives you tension and take your mind off it. It's normal to not feel sleepy when those certain things are on our mind. Most common conditions are either ,you r overweight , Suffering from stress related work place or Abusing Drugs like Alcohol etc on daily basis . First, are a Christian or a Muslim, if u are a Christian, do this , once u can't sleep start listening to anointed messages like one from aromi ossai , it is not d message that will make u sleep but if your case is spiritual immediately u start to listen to d message those spirits will make u to sleep so that u don't listen to word of God,this is just how to know if your problem is physical or spiritual, know it that not all Christian preaching is anointed so if u want to try this method use d one I recommend , if u are listening to d ones that are not anointed they will ignore u |

It is till u know , weather it is physical or spiritual then u will know how to treat it, if it is spiritual and u are taking tablets u will end up being frustrated, because u will be feeling dizzy yet u can't sleep, then if it is physical , u check if u are fat, worried , type of food u take, and your general health status |
