See the watery argument they are putting forward to overturn a presidential election. You don't need a lawyer to tell you that the useless petition will be dismissed for lacking in merit.

I will continue asking

If a candidate have 25% votes in the other 36 states except the FCT, is he still not qualified to be the president elect?

Rubbish! The electoral act allows INEC to choose either electronic or manual transmission.

And INEC choosed electronic transmission

INEC at different fora told the entire country and the world that result will be transmitted electronically real time on the election day.

Oga, this is FALSE.

People who live in Abuja are enlightened. It's not like Ogun where Tinubu will come and scream Yoruba Lokan.

Also, FCT has more security than anywhere in Nigeria, meaning that thugs won't be allowed to run away with ballot boxes like it played out in many places around Lagos. In fact, in my polling unit, the bale asked people to stop voting and fight broke out. That was how guber election ended - fight, disarray, violence and bloodshed.

Besides, election observers always throng Abuja, meaning that elections in Abuja will always remain peaceful, fair and credible because for obvious reasons, the Nigerian government will do anything to look good in the eyes of foreigners.

So, you are totally wrong. What can only work in Abuja is engaging enlightened minds and getting them to vote for your party, not violence.
grin

Why waste such a beautiful nice written piece trying to enlighten fools ?

Typical pull him down syndrome.. because he failed woefully, he wants others to fail too.

There is nothing special in Abuja, just one tiny fraction of the big nation called Nigeria. Anyone who scores highest number of votes with highest number of states won is constitutionally fit to be President.

That means criminality should be allowed as Inec failed to transmit result electronically to Irev, right? It is difficult to find smart thinkers in this part of the world.

OK. They've done the maths and see they lost the majority votes and also 25% in 25 States legally.
Now na this intangible arguement of 25% which we all know prior to election lawyers dey use deceive the mumu.

So cuz Abuja people are more enlightened then 25% in Abuja should determine Nigeria electoral values….Peter Obi should do more if he really want to get justice, not all these sides talks. He need to figure out where he was rigged ASAP.

And how exactly is he supposed to do that when INEC is working for the ruling party? It would have been better if INEC was asked to proof that the elections were credible than asking Obi to proof that the elections were rigged.

Funny people, if 25% in FCT is determinants of who becomes President, it like nailing their coffin because north will make sure no southerners ever get 25% in FCT till the end of ages. Either today or tomorrow Aso rock is getting far from children of anger and hatred.
Mumu man , if you have been to or lived in Abuja , you would know that Northerners can’t determine who wins or scores 25 percent in Abuja . The emptiness in your brain made you forget that Buhari as a Popular Northern Politician couldn’t win Abuja but was able to get the required 25 percent. Abuja is where learned people vote not where religious bigots vote .

Tinubu will spend 8 years and Shettima another 8 years, then it will return to the South South for another 8 years. The dot in a circle people aka 5 percenters have been relegated.

Well, I have news for you and your brainwashed IPOB followers - IT AIN'T GOING TO HAPPEN.

25% in FCT doesn't mean the president must win in FCT. He can be the 3rd position in FCT result but should have at least 25% of the vote
