The last thing Tinubu needs at the moment is having to contend with a coup in ECOWAS considering that we was only just made tge chairman and was already blowing hot in eq guinea some weeks back.

While it may be expected that he would get some form of military backing from the west, the support from other West African countries would be quite significant is making this a regional based offensive.
