The poor who have been denied breathing space since APC took over the reins of power more than eight years ago deserves prayers in their mailbox too to enable them recover from the unexplainable hardship they've been made to faced.

99.9% of you people complaining will do exactly the same thing if given the chance, as long as you are a Nigerian. Not impressed with people criticizing from the outside when we are all the same greedy corrupt Nigerians.

Greedy Bastards!

This is why there should be a military intervention. angry
Good luck with this badly corrupted military being any better. The soldiers are Nigerians just like the politicians and the past military governments have proven they are not any better.

I agree, but trust me an authoritarian is wayyyy better than all these Politicians from 36 different states looting our national wealth in the guise of democracy.

These Bastards are playing politics with 200 million lives. Even if the President means good, the Senate needs to approve, and as we all know these guys, they're bunch of buffoons! angry

Nigeria is such a dodgy country with dodgy leaders who seem not to give a toss about the people. Most topics I've read on this site today are so grim. The people of Nigeria are going through a lot yet the politicians don't care as they are only concerned about nicking and sharing money among themselves.

It's worrying that they don't hide their corruption. If it was a working country they all would have been spending their time in the nick not ruling.
pls blame the Nigerian citizen who don't know what they want, they should continue Wailed

Under military rule there will still be 36 military governors looting our national wealth so what's the difference, we might save some money on the National Assembly being disbanded but that is even questionable.

We believe they are the same across political lines, those who want to set Nigeria on fire because their candidates did not win elections can now see that their party members in the house are not crying because of the suffering but because they have not benefitted
