Alaye the president posited himself as a know it all person even when we were saying that buhari had plunged the economy so down, you lots were chanting renewed hope.

Do you honestly believe the steps of the president can bring about hope at this point?

Firstly, kindly learn to address people appropriately or not at all, this is a public forum and not a bar or bus park. The president has at no point posited himself as a know it all but more as someone with the nerves to make tough and correct decisions. In fact, most people touted and still tout him as able to work WITH brilliant people like in Lagos. Also the 10 or so special advisers that he appointed in June are top class and a pointer that he is not doing like he knows all. He has even gone as far as appointing young and opposing brilliant people like Bosun Tijani to work with him.
Everyone with some little knowledge knew that the former administration did abysmally on the economy and that the removal of subsidy and parallel exchange rates needed to be dowe for the country to recover. We also know that it will come with a lot of temporary pain on the country. These things are not new or rocket science. Hope is definitely on the way. What agitators and opposition need to do is have some patience, and help the State governments to do their bit so that our recovery will be sooner than later.

5billion palliative is a good budget, but the plan for this money is absolute nonsense. Infact it is not going to change nothing.
