According to the NBS, gainful employment begins at 15 years. Is this very ludicrous?

It implies that at 15 years when many people are still in secondary school, they could be employed into offices and their incomes taxable.

The Nigerian unemployment rate was artificially high. A lot of non white collar workers are involved in one form of disguised unemployment or the other. Ie, would a car washman categorize himself as unemployed or not?

Having a non skilled job that enables one to meet his basics is employment.

Employment isnt defined as an 8 to 4 white collar job.
