Re: Can A Woman Cook A Delicious Soup With N500? by Okijajuju1(m): 12:45am On Oct 16, 2011
I'm super sorry o!! But it is ABSOLUTELY impossible in the following geographical locations;

1. Abuja

2. Certain parts of Lagos

3. Port-Harcourt

(I cant speak for the rest of the states),

Maybe in a village setting where she'd prolly get most of the ingredients from a farm at the backyard, but if she'd have to purchase all the ingredients then I'm super sorry.

. . .and buy matches, pot, water and plates.
Mcheeeew, some people sef.
BTW, if you must include kerosene, I bet N50 small eva water bottle would do for the soup. So, N500
can still make 'delicious soup' for a Nigerian

Guys let's be real, for a DELICIOUS soup for #500 only, is impossible. But for an 'ORDINARY' soup is possible for #500. And for those ladies that advised you to test your wife with #500, I think they be jealous of your wife to be.

I think it depends, and if its a small quantity.

Maybe make a sauce (with diced ingredients) instead of a stew?

Not sure though, unless i have an idea how much everything costs.
