While I have a strong affinity for unity, I believe that the act of dividing our nation could potentially lead us towards progress. Nigeria's challenges, such as extensive tribalism, election zoning, favoritism, the quota system in governance, and the selection of ministers based on regional representation, appear to be hindering our advancement.
Division is the only pathway to progress..

It's because of these unpatriotic motherfvckers that make me support removal of subsidy on education. Nigerian government cannot be using tax payers money to subsidize education making these elements pay far less than they ought to have paid for their education only for them to turn around and bite the very fingers that fed them

All these are indirectly way of asking for more money.

Doctors always want to feel more superior than other professions and they are never satisfied with their wages

IT people, other professionals move to other climes to earn higher wages too and they won't attempt to hold the government hostage like doctors incessantly do.

Any of them can go to these places, others who.are not gainfully employed will be absorbed into the system.

Doctor's entitlement mentality is too much in this country

True , but the middle east and wesern nations are the real gold mine.

Even a paramedic here in Michigan earns about $6000 monthly in wages exclusive of extra hours clocked. And extra hours plenty die na your strength go determine 😎

Japa now, Nigeria is a wasted nation

Are you a Nigerian?

Living abroad shouldnt make you lose your sense enough to call your motherland a “wasted nation”
If the Americans talk down on their country like that I am sure you won’t be there today typing from there.

In as much as so I don’t discourage anyone who may choose to japa, but talking down on our country should be big “no no”

My licensed colleague in Canada earns 10,000 CAD monthly, that translates to 5M plus in Nigerian currency.
If you're a healthcare professional in this country, run for your dear life. It's not worth it. Those employed by government are living in penury while those employed in private sectors earn rubbish and work as slaves.

Will you also advise them to run for medical training in abroad you are much cherished? Some of you people will get trained with less than 1m in our public universities, only to take the same certificate to work in another countries. These selfish beings will never compare the cost of training with another countries, they will only keep crying on the payment as if they are not earn above all civil servants in Nigeria.

If the cost of training is cheaper, the cost of rendering the service must not be expect to be too high. Government considered you to be Nigerians first before they subsidise your training, it only logical for you to be of help or useful to the same country that trained you.

It is high time Government enact a law that will banish Doctors trained in public universities from relocating in their first 10 years of service.

May his generation never forgive him for dragging them with himself into such mess...
So our doctors are now running to smaller African countries just to survive, and some people are still playing the tribalism card? 🥺🥺 You guys think we hate Tinubu but no, we know he doesn't have anything positive to offer Nigeria cus you can't give what you don't have. Tinubus dainted image will haunt him on that seat until he leaves it...

All this Nigeria Doctors are not be sincere with themselves. 100% of Nigeria doctors engages in Nigeria hospitals across the country has clinic or hospital outside their primary responsibility. This attitude has grounded all the services to be enjoyed by nigerians in public hospitals has been diverted to private hands.

shitty talk.

The koko is earning well for services rendered. Not a situation where leaders earn like rock stars in exchange for mediocre service.

Under PDP, the NLC under oshiomole leadership strike anyhow and things weren't this bad. But since APC has gotten to power they have refused to strike and APC is getting away with it by doing anyhow which is to say you are doing yourself a disservice if you refuse to strike in this country.
Tinubu will continue to do anyhow.

How much do you pay for accommodation in Michigan compared to Nigeria, how much is basic plate of food in Michigan compared to Nigeria, how much do you pay for monthly utility compared to Nigeria. You people are always after the nominal value of these wages compared to the real value. Last time I checked the basic accommodation fee of a typical US city is 10 times or more compared to that of a Nigerian city. These wages makes only so much difference if you can be earning but spending it with Nigerian standard which is not possible. Flaunting the nominal value of salaries doesn't tell the real story

Another iliterate opening this mouth to talk rubbish. You can't compare prices ike that that except it is 1 dollar to 1 Naira then you can compare prices in the two nations . Nigeria is to expensive to live in for honest people, only scammer thieves and politicians who steal are okay with Nigeria.

But iliterates don't know this hey look at the dollar conversion whic is dumb an stupid

Can you live on N6000 monthly you mumu? No you can't but someone can live one $2000 monthly.

It's jottngeir fault you keep devaluing your currency due to bad leadership policies and no sense 9n governance.

So you can't compare even ordinary Ghana right next to you there Nigeria Ghana with a lower currency 5han Naira is still by far a better country but ou are too uneducated to know this and ca never afford to leave Nigeria in the first place so no need to argue with you 🤣🤣🤣🤣

That claim might not be true. But if Doctors want to earn that much, then they must be asked to pay much higher during their training. Remember, doctors are not the only ones facing economic hardship in Nigeria. Those countries he mentioned are extremely poor countries. Very soon, Niger will be added to the list. Or maybe, the government should empty the treasury for the doctors, and the remaining populace should go and die in an economy that is not productive in manufacturing secondary goods.
