I need some help, we are tring to roof three buildings, but am trying to see how i can maximize the little money we have. Now i know of ideas of instead of buying wood one by one for roofing, one can usually buy wood in big size and cut then to one prefered size, by doing this, i would be saving alot instead of buying the wood one by one, i also know of the idea of going to an alluminium company direct for them to come measure the skeletal wood work, and know the amount of square meter alluminium zink needed for the roof, but what i need here is, what other logic do i have to employ so that i can save cost, the building is actually a room and parlour self contain, 25units. its not a small project, pls i need help from experienced hands. Now my question is this, 1) what are the requirements for a 3.10 soakaways, and what are the price range , I am a novice in this aspect and I feel the contractor is about to take advantage of this course I will be meeting him soon. Just what to know the prices for every requirement and workmanship. I will really appreciate you post. And the plot is located in Benin city

sorry your question is clear when you said 3.10 pls can you state your dimension well cos normally what I know will be the dimension for the soakaway is 62truckx10x10 which is 6wide 10 long and 10 deep if this is the dimension you have then the materials will be
